Description The TM2000B (GPS NTP PTP Network Time Server) is the next generation of our TM2000 GPS NTP appliances at the same great price. The TM2000B provides a Stratum 1 time source on the local network with no need for an internet connection. SNMP V2/V3 is supported on the device, authenticated NTP, peer NTP lookup, IPv6, PTP without GPS, and manual time setting modes. The TM2000B uses an active GPS antenna to maintain the current time as broadcasted by United States-based GPS satellites worldwide. In addition, a high stability OCXO reference clock is included that allows this GPS NTP appliance to serve time if GPS lock is lost for periods of time. Additional processing on the TM2000B provides a greater accuracy to this holdover time from our previous model. The NTP PTP Network Time Server unit is small and can be placed anywhere within the network layout.
